Friends and supporters,
I’m pleased to announce the launch of my short documentary film I Love Your Fucking Name, and honoured to have it be an Official Selection at the 2017 Portland Film Festival, which begins next week.
As the film’s Director, I’d like to congratulate my collaborators Stuart Campbell (Director of Photography), Josh Day (Production Designer), Caitlin Keeley (Writer), Mel Hider (Editor, Saints Editorial), Emily Goldberg (Producer), Didier Tovel (Audio Director, SNDWRX) and Sean Cochrane (VFX, The Vanity). We would like to thank all our cast and crew for making it all possible.
The film is a glimpse into what it’s like to live with a name that makes every introduction a “thing.” Each of us is given a name at birth – a verbal tattoo that’s with us wherever we go. It’s inescapable. Especially if you have a name that stands out for one reason or another. This film makes us think about the whole ritual of naming and the impact it can have on our entire lives.
If you can’t make it to Portland for the premiere, we invite you to join us for a screening in Toronto on November 21 at Mahjong Bar. Please visit (link in BIO), for details about the screening party and to view the trailer.

Thanks for your support!
